For the tenth consecutive year, the night of December 28 in La 1 became the most supportive of the year with the Gala Inocente, Inocente. The edition has fulfilled its purpose: the contributions made live during the broadcast amounted to 1,905,164 euros, 300,000 euros more than the previous edition, which will used to help children suffering from cancer and their families.

The sports journalist and winner of 'MasterChef Celebrity' Juanma Castaño, the singer Rozalén, the actress Carmina Barrios, the writer Boris Izaguirre, the cyclist Alejandro Valverde and the Atlético de Madrid player Deyna Castellanos, have been the "victims" of this year's funny pranks.

The Gala, hosted for another year by Juanma Iturriaga, Anne Igartiburu, Jacob Petrus and Carolina Casado, with the collaboration of Luis Piedrahita, featured performances by Ana Mena, Merche, Antonio José, Dvicio and Fetén Fetén. The 2021 edition has achieved an average audience of 1,112,000 viewers, 11.3% share. Up to 6,596,000 people watched the show at some point.

The objective of La Gala Inocente, Inocente 2021 is to help children suffering from cancer and their families. Cancer is the main cause of infant mortality in our country and each year 1,400 cases are diagnosed in Spain. Even though the progress in pediatric oncology has made it possible for the cure rate to be more than 80%, it is necessary to keep providing aid to make progress in research, provide accommodation for families who are forced to move so that their children receive specific treatments, accompany and make long hospital stays more bearable and palliate the consequences that the treatments leave in these children.
