A chronicle of Pilar Miro, a film director, CEO of RTVE but, above all, a woman, a creator, a manager and a mother, who achieved something incredible for women of her generation in Spain.
This documentary takes the viewer into the life of the filmmaker through pictures, film clips, Miro's own interventions and current interviews to people like Ana Belen, Gonzalo Miro, Jose Luis Olaizola, Aitana Sanchez Gijon, Emma Suarez, Javier Gurruchaga, Enrique Cerezo, Marisol Carniceso, Imanol Uribe and Owen Thomson, among others.
Pilar Miro was defined as the creative struggle of women in Spain. Her life is a symbol of the complexities and circumstances of the long road to integration and acceptance of women in positions of creation and power in Spain. This film, at the same time portraying the woman must also allow us to understand the context and the reality that makes even more impressive and worthy the view.
