Amazon Prime Video will digitally release globally the original soundtrack for the first two seasons of El Cid, a series created and produced by Zebra. The album can be enjoyed on the main music streaming services, including Amazon Music, Spotify or Apple Music, and in online stores starting next Friday, August 6.
The original music for the series has been composed by Gustavo Santaolalla, winner of two Oscars for Brokeback Mountain and Babel, and the soundtrack has been composed by Alfonso González Aguilar, composer of the Oscar-nominated animated film, Klaus. The original soundtrack album for the series, signed by both composers, includes a careful selection of 25 songs.
