The acclaimed police thriller series "Memento Mori," produced as a Prime Video Exclusive, continues to widen its reach across regional TV channels. Since its debut on 30th April on IB3 (Radio Television of the Balearic Islands), the series has now premiered on Telemadrid and À Punt, where the first two episodes of the inaugural season aired this week. Viewers can look forward to a double bill each week on these channels.
Starring Yon González and based on the trilogy "Verses, Songs and Little Bits of Flesh" by César Pérez Gellida (Nadal Prize 2024), "Memento Mori" will continue its weekly broadcasts on other regional channels such as CRTVG, CSRTV, 3Cat, RTPA, Aragón TV, TVPC, CMM, and EITB Media. The series, one of the most-watched on Prime Video in 2023, has been renewed for a second season, which will air on the platform soon. Set in Valladolid, "Memento Mori" follows the gripping pursuit of police inspector Sancho (played by Francisco Ortiz) as he hunts down the serial killer Augusto Ledesma (Yon González). The cast is further bolstered by the standout performances of Juan Echanove, Olivia Baglivi, and Manuela Vellés.
